book a session
One on one virtual sessions take place over zoom and typically take 60-75 minutes. You don’t need anything for the session and can experience the meditation from the comfort of your own space. If you are in LA and interested in working together in person, please note that when scheduling.
I’ll prepare you for the practice and we’ll have plenty of time for questions and conversation before getting started. We’ll do ~25 minutes of active breathing followed by a 10-15 minute meditation. After, we can discuss your experience and I can offer any guidance on integration necessary.
